A classic dry Rosé made from dry grown Clare Valley Grenache (75%) and Mataro (25%). Attractive floral, cherry notes precede a palate of juicy cherry and strawberry flavours with a hint of spice and thirst- quenching acidity.
A refreshing style perfect with sunshine and spicy food. A wet winter and spring followed by a summer with a cool November and December then warm spells in January and February.
