The region’s unique combination of geographic and climatic conditions
promotes a classy style of shiraz that sits neatly between warm and cool
climate variations. Georges Shiraz is typically ripe and dark fruited while
retaining a mouth-watering freshness – a clever, contemporary take on the
variety while respecting its serious heritage.
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Deep and dark
Aroma: Freshly picked and squished blackberry with background
black olive tapenade
Palate: All those aromatics spill into the mouth, with a sense of dark
chocolate and a mid-palate spike of fresh blackberry. Lip-smacking
structure and impressive length make this a very special shiraz
crafted to drink now and for cellaring over many years.
